I worked with Morgan Barter to secure a rental unit in the Seattle area. I relocated from Fairfax, Va and connected with her in a Facebook networking group. She was wonderful!!!!! I sent her the criteria of what I wanted in a home & she was able to find multiple listings for me to choose from. Since I was 3,000 miles away, she offered to visit my favorite listings, take additional pictures, and make a walk-through video to help me "weed out" undesirable properties. Once I made it into the area, we visited the properties that I was still interested in together.
