I worked with Morgan Barter to secure a rental unit in the Seattle area. I relocated from Fairfax, Va and connected with her in a Facebook networking group. She was wonderful!!!!! I sent her the criteria of what I wanted in a home & she was able to find multiple listings for me to choose from. Since I was 3,000 miles away, she offered to visit my favorite listings, take additional pictures, and make a walk-through video to help me "weed out" undesirable properties. I would describe this real estate agent as energetic, detail oriented, knowledgeable in the technical aspects of residential real estate, service conscious, responsive, & personable. It would have been difficult to sell our home & buy another without her able assistance within a short window period. She was particularly strong in the areas of staging our house properly for sales appeal & an appropriate marketing theme & plan that resulted in a successful outcome. Her efforts generated 16 showings & 1 competitive offer (accepted) within the comps range for similar properties to ours within only an 8 day period. We are very pleased to have found a condo on the market meeting all our needs in a desirable location with her help.
