Upside down and holding on!

Who would have ever imagined where we would be today, just a few short weeks ago? Certainly not me!

As a real estate professional the way we conduct business has changed dramatically, with virtual open houses, Facetime home tours, adhering to guidelines for in-person showings have all become the new.  Providing trustworthy resources in the midst of so much "noise and misinformation" has become key for clients and those seeking real estate information.

I hope the following excerpts from the recent Northwest Multi Listing Service Report, KIRKLAND, Washington (4/6/2020) inspires confidence in your decision making to either buy or sell or do both!

“The ability to transact business at all has been facilitated and allowed with tight restrictions ..... It's like being on Interstate 5, if there’s an accident ahead, you creep along as you pass by it. The market is not totally stopped ..... we’re creeping along right now ..... Dick Beeson, managing broker at RE/MAX Northwest Realtors in Gig Harbor

For sellers, the continued low inventory and the slowing of new listings over the next few weeks means their homes can be seen now like never before. Mike Grady, president and COO at Coldwell Banker Bain

Northwest Multpile Listing Service representatives were "generally upbeat about the adjustments being made and the prospects for recovering as brokers navigate through the crisis."

Need some straight forward answers, a clearer perspective in this season of uncertainty? Give me a call!
