The 2023 Home Buyers and Sellers Generational trends report found that Baby Boomers have overtaken Millennials in home buying. They now make up the largest generation of home buyers. The combined share of younger (58-67yrs) and older (68-76yrs) Boomer buyers rose to 39% in 2022, up from 29% in 2021. (Source: National Association of Realtors)
